SHIPPING DETAILS

​

All artworks and jeewellery is packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. We pack smaller artworks in a flat mailer with a piece of cardboard or foam core included in the envelope for stability, as well as a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the front to reinforce the safety of the artwork.

 

Bigger pieces will be rolled, put into a protective plastic bag, and shipped in a cardboard shipping tube with bubble wrap on both sides of the print to keep it stable.

It takes 1-7 days for the item to be ready for posting, depending of need of varnish layers on artwork.

​

Sending artworks will take up to 1-14 business days to send throug post, and it depends on their when you have in your hands.

 

Shipping time in Finland is usually just few business days, but internationally the delivery timescale may vary, depending on the destination of the order.

We wont be held responsible for any postal / courier delays.

To ensure positive shipping expierience we identify our shippings with tracking code.

​

Shipping cost to Finland is 10 e.

If you want, it is always possible to pick up your order from our store in Lahti.

​

Shipping cost to EU is 25-45e.

​

Outside EU shipping cost is 30-60e.

​

NOTE! If Finnish post office wont deliver at all to your destination country ( there are few countrys that arent on Finnish pos office mailing list, and it may vary a little ), we reserve the right to cancel the order and return you the full payment in 1-2 business days!

PAYMENTS

​

You can pay your order with credit card and PayPal through WIX payments.

In comission works we send you an invoice before sending the artwork.

​

​

No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged in shipping. (must show proof of damage and that it's happened during shipping process)

 

Deposit on commissions is non-refundable and can be used towards another product of mine if commission painting is cancelled.
