SHIPPING DETAILS
All artworks and jewellery is packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. We pack smaller artworks in a flat mailer with a piece of cardboard or foam core included in the envelope for stability,
Bigger pieces will be rolled, put into a protective plastic bag, and shipped in a cardboard shipping tube with bubble wrap on both sides of the print to keep it stable.
It takes 1-7 days for the item to be ready for posting, depending of need of varnish layers on artwork.
Sending artworks will take up to 1-14 business days through post, and it depends on them when you have in your hands.
You will always get the tracking code, so you can keep track to all your orders!
Shipping time in Finland is usually just few business days, but internationally the delivery timescale may vary depending on the destination of the order.
We wont be held responsible for any postal / courier delays.
Unclaimed Parcels and Returned Shipments
Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels within the time period specified by the local postal service or carrier.
Failure to collect or accept delivery of an order does not constitute a cancellation of the purchase. If a customer wishes to exercise their right of cancellation, they must notify us separately in writing in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If a returned parcel is destroyed, abandoned, lost, or otherwise not returned to us by the postal service or carrier due to the customer’s failure to collect the shipment, no refund will be issued for the order unless compensation is received from the carrier.
To ensure positive shipping experience we identify our shippings with tracking code.
Shipping cost to Finland is 10 e.
If you want, it is always possible to pick up your order from our store in Lahti.
Shipping cost to EU is 25-45e.
Outside EU shipping cost is 30-60e.

NOTE! If Finnish post office wont deliver at all to your destination country ( there are some country's that arent on Finnish postal office mailing list ), we reserve the right to cancel the order and return you the full payment in 1-2 business days!

PAYMENTS
You can pay your order with credit card and PayPal through WIX payments.
In comission works we send you an invoice before sending the artwork.
No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged in shipping. (must show proof of damage and that it's happened during shipping process)
Deposit on commissions is non-refundable and can be used towards another product of mine if commission painting is cancelled.
